Schaeffler May Have to Shoulder EU10 Billion Loan, Paper Says (Bloomberg)
Sept. 25 (Bloomberg) -- Schaeffler Group, the family-owned ball-bearing maker buying Continental AG , may have to take on loans of more than 10 billion euros ($14.6 billion) for the acquisition of about 90 percent of the car-parts manufacturer's stock, Financial Times Deutschland said.
