Sales slow for local car dealers as economy tumbles (WWL-TV, Channel 4 New Orleans)
Longtime Picayune car dealer Dub Herring says, he hasn't seen a slump in car sales like this one, since the late 70s. "It lasted for about six months all together. But this one has just fell off the cliff, and it hasn't come back yet,†said Herring.
