GKN to Buy Airbus Wing Plant for 136 Million Pounds (Update2) (Bloomberg.com)
Sept. 15 (Bloomberg) -- GKN Plc , the U.K. maker of car parts and aircraft components, agreed to buy a factory from Airbus SAS to bolster its position as a primary contractor to the world's biggest maker of commercial airliners.
