Police Car Stolen During Traffic Stop (Fox 12 Oregon)

MONMOUTH, Ore. -- A Monmouth man stole a police patrol car and led officers on a chase through town Tuesday, police said. Authorities said Keoki Rosimo, 19, revved the engine and took off in an officer's patrol car after the officer had gotten out of the car during a traffic stop.
