Customers complain they don’t have car titles or paid off trade-ins (WSPA Spartanburg)

The Better Business Bureau says it has now received nearly 100 complaints from customers of Budget Car and Truck Sales of Greenville, saying now that the dealership has closed, they don’t have titles to their cars or their trade-ins have not been paid off.
