Committee agrees to allow developer to 'catch up' on Newcomb Hotel loan payments (Quincy Herald-Whig)

Quincy's Revolving Loan Committee has accepted a proposal to let developer Victor Horowitz "catch up" on the four overdue loan payments he owes the city on his $500,000 loan for the Newcomb Hotel.
