Altoona loan guarantee to company linked to jobs (Leader-Telegram)

ALTOONA - The City Council agreed to more than double a loan to Curt Manufacturing to aid a business expansion, but some strings were attached. In a 5-0 vote, with William Spangler absent, the council agreed Thursday night to increase Altoona's loan to the truck hitch manufacturer by $100,000.
